How can i change the MAP TIME, i have LOTR, and i wanted to increase +5 minutes BUT IT'S ONLY IN THAT MAP,

Use SourceMod and make a map config.
On that special map, just add "mp_timelimit 50" instead of whetever it might be now, or change 50 to something better for you.
