well why should i have to i use the same setup for all my other servers and they work fine but ill go give it a shot

This is because windows reads a space as a break. When you type in this line:

cd C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\server\server\orangebox

It will try to change directories to C:\Documents and then try to execute "and" and "Settings\Owner\Desktop\server\server\orangebox" Which it can't do because those aren't program and that isn't a real directory.

well theres the normal port then there is client port (dont yell at me yell at realchamp im just doing what he said) and even with repoving the client port dont fix it so ill try that

It's not the client port as much as the map. Without a map line the server will open, but basically doesn't exist until you start a map.

1 i was able to select map with the gui 2 i tried normal srcds but it keeps loading my gui too 3 im getting mad 4 grr 5 ....
