well i can start the server but the thing is when its actually started it wont actually say its a server no vac no nothin server says that when i try to change the level it tells me unable to changelevel beacuse its not a server. why is it not working? this is a big problem for me.

Your start up line is completely wrong.
Try this: -console -game garrysmod -maxplayers 6 -port 27025 +map gm_construct

Then use this line: -game garrysmod -maxplayers 6 -port 27025 +map gm_construct
However, you really shouldn't use the GUi. It only causes more issues and puts more stress on the server.

well i used hlds update tool it says its fully installed i use a batch file to install

beacuse im too lazy to bother to move it and with all my other servers its set up the same exact way and it launches fine
