I'm having a problem with hldsupdatetool.exe. I'm currently just fiddling with one of my dedicated servers here at home. I lost network connectivity while downloading a garrysmod server from hldsupdatetool. But I cannot start where it left off, every time it just hangs up. This also happens when I try to update a complete installed version of a server.

If I clear our the directory it will download and install just fine. When there are files inside the folder it gets thrown off.

Any help on this?

How long do you leave it for before you exit it?

It will exit it self after about 5 minutes with no error or nothing quickly flashing up.

Problem fixed, I forgot to change the DNS servers on the static IP to the new one that I just recently setup. - Mark Resolved.
