Game Content For Home Based Gmod Server

Im having some issues with my gmod dedicated server. I can't spawn npcs, vehicles and most of the weapons dont work... the props dont work so good either. And it might be beacuse i only have the gmod content. I dont have hl2, hl2 ep 1, hl2 ep 2, tf2, css, portal. Or any of those content packs installed. So now i would like to know how i get
this. So my server can be used with all this game content. Please help
me with this.

Delete the currently installation. And run this batch script. Requires your HLDSUpdateTool.exe to be in C:/srcds folder.

C:\srcds\HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -game garrysmod -dir C:/srcds

It's correct that I've the garrysmod installation twice, since it might be necessary for you to run it agian.
