server gamemode *help*

here it says this, but idk how to change the default gamemode (sandbox) to the one id like (flood)

hmm i cant seem to fine it but i did find set runcmd=C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +maxplayers 12 +fps_max 200 +map gm_flatgrass urs says start at the end but mine says run hmm confused
