Cant find server in master list, nor connect!

Hello,
I've searched quite a bit for a solution on this but there really seems to be none.
My problems are that nobody can find the server in master list, and they cant connect using the internal ip, or the external ip.
I've already turned off windows-firewall, and have no anti-virus, and also I'm not using a router.
What do you think is the problem?
All port checkers show that the ports are blocked,
and I do not have a clue whereas to what's blocking them...

Please help?

Btw I'm running a Counter-Strike: Source Dedicated Server, if that has anything to do with the cause.

Probably your ISP if they are blocked. Try with a DMZ.

who or what is your isp cable/dsl/wyfi...?

I don't have a routher either. I have a modem, with a portforwarding place

I got an internal ip because i do have a router, just disabled it and plugged directly in instead.
Figured the problem was that the modem, not the router was blocking the ports...

Yeah the same problem I had, until I figured out my modem was blocking with that stupid portforwarding page.
