Help me please. Ftp wise

Ok so i were given a 40gb ftp from a friend who doesnt have access to the internet anymore "ftp.rewarez.net" and wanted to know how i can host a css server off of the ftp i tried copy and pasting my old server's files into it which didn't work... how do i do it..

Do I make a source dedicated server then copy and paste the files into the ftp then? (I'm not sure which operating system its on either) If someone could please help me out it would be appreciated.

A: you cant run a server without some form of remote access, regardless on if its SSH or VNC.

B: rewarez 99.999999999999999% sure that is a warez site and discussion of warez is not allowed here... but I wont enter the URL to confirm either.
