[RESOLVED] Server not connected to internet!

I recently tried to start a darkRP server for garrys mod. I had a few problems, ironed them out, but one i cant fix. I forwarded 27015 throught my router/firewall (tcp/udp) and my server wont connect. People can't even connect using console commands and my IP. I dont know what the hell is wrong but ever sence i switch from using a netgear to a trednet router I cant do it anymore. Is it the router? I dont know, please help!

Yes, not perfectly thought i would have to restart twice for it to connect sometimes.

I actually got rid of the server that was on the old router, and set up a new one as soon as we switch. (I have it set up for the new ip, witch i dont think changed)
