Ok, i am doing the tutorial 100% precisely i get this error :

Im on ubuntu 32bit server edition

install gcc (that is the compiler to compile your kernel). you probably also need some other packages, it's all explained in the howto.

ps: the howto is for 64 bit, 32 bit will have a lower performace.
