[Resolved] Garrysmod server joining problems

I have created a server using srcds, and I can see it in the server list but when I try joining it, it just says "Server is not responding."

Before I had set my port forwarding options, I couldn't see my server at all.. Maybe its a router problem?

Anyways, any help is appreciated..

EDIT: I just managed to join it using my local IP address (192.168.2.11).. Now I just need other users to be able to join it..

EDIT2: WTH? Someone just joined my server! I'll ask my friends to join and see if it works..

you need to tell your friends to join with your external ip which can be find out at http://www.whatismyip.com/

Yes, I had done that already and it wouldn't work.. but for some odd reason it just started working for them!
