server not working

ok it seems i can conect now but srcds wont start up. i just installed source mod not sure if that has any thing to do with it.

edit: it seems source mod was f'ing it up. so it works but are there any other admin mods i can use?

ummm not sure what a dev snap shot is. also is there a plugin for soure mod that will let people vote on the next map ?

Yes. Remove the .smxs from the disabled folder into the plugins folder.

The snapshot is a pre released version of the actually coming one.

yea i DLed 1.2.1 btw not sure if that has any thing to do with it. also is there any way i can make it so after the first map (the start up command one) players have to vote on the next one .
