Limit Weapons is CS:S

Been looking for a way to either make certain weapons not available for special pistol only battles, or increase the price of the weapons so that not every tom dick and harry can get the auto sniper after 3 rounds...

I read that in CS1.6 adminmod would do it, but I have yet to see anything for source...
Any input??

There are some plugins being posted over at sourcemod.net, I'm using admin dll by BeetleFart and it's working quite well.
