Can you tell me which webhost you use plz? So I can take a look at it.
It's harder than I thought to find a good one

Not that much.

Approximately like 1500mb traffic a month.
If your servers has many slots and are popular.

Well that looks fine in my opinion, but it is abit hard to tell out from that if the host is good.
You should have plenty of space and bandwidth(calculated from my own servers).

I have some other questions:
I read the Terms of Use for that company, and they say this:
Scripts which refresh themselves a lot within an hour are not allowed (permanent server processes)
Is SQL Admins such a script?
Is Sourcebans such a script?
Is Hlstatsx such a script?

I ask to you guys, because I don't know if they will know these scripts.
If it are scripts which refresh a lot, I will send them an email to ask if I can use them.

Well HLStatsX, I think, refreshes like every event. Or round end(map change maybe).

SourceBans is everytime you open the SourceMod admin menu and bans a person.

But I don't think they are killing the servers. They aren't refreshing all the time. They shouldn't.

SQL Admins I think it is the same as SourceBans. While you open the admin menu to authourize your identifications.
