Particles: Missing 'particles/error.pcf'
#1
Hi guys, i'v been reading many threads in here about this error:

Console initialized.
Game.dll loaded for "Team Fortress"
Particles: Missing 'particles/error.pcf'
maxplayers set to 16
Unknown command "r_decal_cullsize"
maxplayers set to 16
Unknown command "startupmenu"
Network: IP 200.49.147.106, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 20715 SV / 27005 CL
Segmentation fault
Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem
Thu Aug 13 20:26:05 EDT 2009: Server restart in 10 seconds
Thu Aug 13 20:26:08 EDT 2009: Server Quit

I know a lot of people sayd that its "an standard error", but it just happend after i updated the server a few minutes ago. How can i fix it? >The server is NOT running.

Got the same error after updateing, if it helps to try finding a "workaround" or something untill valve might fix it, ive also attached the debug logfiles.

My console:
./srcds_run -console -game tf -port 27045 +map pl_badwater +maxplayers 32 -debug

Auto detecting CPU
Using SSE2 Optimised binary.
Enabling debug mode
Server will auto-restart if there is a crash.

Ive also mailed valve with the debug stuff, maybe it helps solving it fast(er)..

The problem is that srcds crash before giving any info, we have the problem on 2 of servers, and we have send debug after modyfying the srcds : http://paste.debian.net/44113/

Valve, had corrected this problem month ago and put it back (maybe as a new hat for the inge.

Temporary solved the problem:

Quote:Anyone who is getting segmentation fault crashes and is running SourceMod, disable SourceMod for now until a fix is released.

Thread about this problem on the SourceMod forums: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=100360

FIXED GUYS!!!

Theres a huge problem with the Addons. I had to delete EVERYTHING inside Addons, i mean, i tryed yesterday to change the name of the folder, and didn't work, but now i erased everything and it's working.

Try that.
