Garrys Mod Dedicated server problem

Ok, so I have a garrys mod dedicated server setup from HLDSupdatetool and it isn't showing up in the list. I have set sv_lan to 0 and heartbeart.
I have portrange 27000 to 27030 forwarded. Can someone help me?

did you change the port? the normal port is 27015. DMZ mode?
