Teleporting bots

Was wondering if anyone knows how to teleport bots? Running a Linux server with Sourcemod. I believe you have to use coordinates (X Y Z) and which direction the bots will be facing. I'm hoping someone knows what file to add this command to and what the command looks like. Thanks in advance!
