People can connect to my server via IP, but it hasn't shown up on the list yet. I read everywhere that this means you have to wait a while due to some stupid bug for it to show in the master list. So I just wanted to know, would having a firewall on affect whether it ever shows up in the list? Also, should I state my external IP in my command line to make it show up? This is more for clarification purposes rather than a problem I am having. Also, is there any way to make the server show up faster in the list?

You will never see the server on the Master List since it is already on your LAN.
Others should be able to see it, however.
