i cant find the tutorial for make my server tickrate 100, someone can tell me his url ?

Okay well.
Install srcds from scratch from the tutorial on the main page:

And run the dedicated server via console following the directions provided in the link above.
Then apply, and doubleclick your shortcut.
And then turn on windows media player and join your server, you should be running at 100 tickrate.

I edited my post earlier, and tried what I said, it didnt work... I suppose its because the dedicated server tool that you execute from steam is required to be executed from steam, and trying to switch it to console mode doesnt seem to work >_>

Any suggestions? I never use the dedicated server tool as I always use hldsupdatetool + srcds
