Fast download

Hi, im having trouble with my fast download. first off my cfg looks like this:
sv_downloadurl "ftp://mattsgaming.com/cstrike"
sv_allowupload 1
sv_allowdownload 1
net_maxfilesize 999

I have both the .bsp and .bz2 files in my game servers maps folder. I have just the .bz2 files on my web dir.(http://ftp.mattsgaming.com/cstrike)
When i start my server up, i go to download any map, it will download the .bsp and not the .bz2. the sv_downloadurl is doing nothing for me. I have no idea what it wrong.

Change it to "http://mattsgaming.com/cstrike/" not ftp, unless you have anonymous access to the ftp, you need to specify a username and password

I do have anonymous enabled. When i use http:// it wont allow me to dowload any files. I have all the right permissions set so i gave up and went with ftp. Is ftp a problem?

Edit: you can try my ftp link, you should be able to download the files, but when you try http, it will not let you.

Add MIME types for .bz2 as an application, also for ftp, i think the link is http://ftp.user:password@mattsgaming.com/cstrike

I dont understand, what is MIME? also, if i have only accept anonymous users, i cant do tp://user:password@mattsgaming.com/cstrike.

If it accepts anonymous users, then i shouldnt get a username/password popup. Do you run the server? If you don't tell your hoster to add the MIME filetype for bz2. If you do, then go to IIS, right click on your website, go to properties, http headers> MIME types> new> .bz2 type application and it works.

ah, i see what i have done. I fixed it but is still downloads the .bsp. I had my ftp dir set to fast/cstrike, when my cstrike dir was just /cstrike. You can view it now.
Edit: i did the mime thing, I am trying it now.

Wouldn't FTP slow things down?
