Tf2 srcds problem

I have finally installed and updated the tf2 server on my vps server however when I try to start my server using the command:

./srcds_run -console -game tf +96.31.85.5 -27015 +map ctf_2fort

I get this in return

If anyone can help me out that would be great, thanks in advance

Intel® Xeon® CPU X3230 @ 2.66GHz
ram: 2gb

You can't run a srcds server on vps, there isnt enough ram, it may say 2gb, but that is for the whole system, not each user.

you're right I have 1gb of ram is that enough for one 24 man tf2 server?

I think it's because I have cpanel installed let me check with them to see if cpanel puts a restriction on memory. thanks for the help
