I don't even think my server.cfg has a startup line anywhere in it from the looks of it.
I was perusing the list of commands you gave me and found one called "map" I tried entering "map cp_gravelpit" into the server.cfg and it ended up giving me an endless loop, wouldn't start the server. But I feel like this is the key to getting this thing off of the startup map its on.
EDIT I finally understood what you meant by startup file... and used the +map command in it to change the startup map. So as far as that goes, I think all is well. If only I could figure out why rcon won't let me connect.
