Server side steam id ticket

Hello,
Not long ago I recieved a new linux server running AMD.
When i try to run a CSS server it gives me the STEAM ID TICKET, it doesnt get the steamid of the user from steam, if i type STATUS in the console before i get kicked, i see STEAM_ID_PENDING..
<STEAM_ID_PENDING><CT>" disconnected (reason "Error verifying STEAM UserID Ticket")
The problem happens to all users that connect after 2 mins that the server is open..
It also writes in the server's console:
Got Steam2 authentication response for unknown user
I searched the forums and found a fix from 2006 -beta swapbeta but it doesnt work no more / not working at all...

I even tryed a fresh copy server without ANYTHING and it still does that..

If you have the firewall enabled please Post the output of iptables -L, also you need to check what ports you forwarded

btw its not the firwall, its turned off.

What is your startup line? Do you see adding master server commands in console when you start your server?

VAC secure mode is activated.

/srcds_run -console -game cstrike -ip *** +ip *** -port 27015 +maxplayers 12 +map de_dust2

Its usually bigger, but i tried going on the basic stuff still doesnt work.
I tryed the same without -ip +ip still..
