Hard to see the specifications.
But you should be able to run a bit with that amount of RAM.

VPS are always bad for servers, as the cpu can be taken by other VPS for short times. For running a webserver this is not notable, but gameservers will lag. For public servers this might be still ok, but nobody can say in advance...

Ok, what about a voice server like mumble, could I host that ?

Yeah that would be better. You can host a good amount of those, as it's more brandwitdh it uses.

I ran a TS server for a long time in a really cheap VPS. The delay was a little longer than usual but still acceptable. No problems ever (only when the machine crashed a few times :-D).
