G-Mod Server wont start[Resolved]

Server OS: Windows Vista-Home-64bit
Processor: Intel Pentium DUAL CPU T3200 @ 2.00 GHz
Ram: 2 gb
Game(s): Garry's Mod
Start Up Command: c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_construct -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate
Admin Mods: None ATM

When i type this command in or manually start it from the folder i recieve this

"the procedure entry point ?GetCallParam@CWorkerThread@@QBEIXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library tier0.dll"

How would i go about fixing this?

What addons do you have? Also -autoupdate does not work for windows

c:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_construct -maxplayers 16

You must not load GarrysMod with the srcds.exe for source games.
(GarrysMod is OrangeBox)
