Running srcds at a LAN event

Does anyone know how I can get srcds to work with no external internet connection. If a disconnect my external connection from my router it just stays at the point where it is trying to add itself to the master servers.

I'm trying to get it working as it will be running a server at a LAN event that will have no external connection.

add sv_lan 1 to your server.cfg
