Curious about running a tf2 dedicated

I am wondering if I can host a 32 player dedicated server using this machine:

Asus M3A78 Pro Mobo
6GB DDR2 Corsair Ram
AMD Phenom 9850

Speed Test results give me 1.36Mbps U/L and 22.42 D/L. I am under the impression that it is roughly 6-10kbps per player, this would make me well enabled, no? Thanks.
