Is there a way to connect to SRCDS from the LAN if the computer running the server has its own unique external IP address?

I believe I have exhausted every other documented workaround related to the issue of expired steam tickets. How can I determine if the network I am on is configured in a way that Steam finds unfit? Internet players can join the server without any problems, but LAN players cannot.

you have -nomaster and sv_lan is 1?

One work around thati have seen work is to give each lan player its own external IP as well
