Is it possible to send a password with sv_downloadurl

So say you have a ftp server, and it requires a login...
I know how to use and I do use sv_downloadurl but it's a public ftp server. Now say you have a private ftp server that requires a username and login, all in plain test on port 21.
Would it be possible for sv_downloadurl to send an account name and password?

That wont work because sv_downloadurl is not made to work with FTP (to my knowledge).

It does only support HTTP servers.
