[RESOLVED]Need help getting my TF2 server to work

Hi everyone, as the topic says i'm having a ton of trouble to get this Team Fortres 2 server to run. And i have no idea what to do next. I followed this guide (http://forums.srcds.com/viewtopic/5315) and thats where i am now.

Here is a screenshot on how it looks when i launch the server,


I have no idea of how this works but even me can see that something (or as i suspect lots of things are wrong)

If anyone have the time and energy to help me i'll be forvever grateful and even tatoo you nick on my chest inside a big red heart

Server OS: Windows XP Professional , Service Pack 3
Processor: Intel Pentium 3,2 ghz (one core)
Ram: In GB. 512
Game(s): Team Fortress 2
Start Up Command: c:\Valve\HLserver\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf -hostport 27015 +maxplayers 24 +map ctf_2fort
Admin Mods: None


Ask if any more info is needed, i'm a total noob at this, and theres way to much info for my small animal like brain to handle

Your screenshot looks fine. And everything else!

But erhhm, I like the way the "information" came, but what is the problem besides "you can't get it to work?". Aren't it connectable over the internet? Or what?

Cant belive i forgott to state the real problem. i read my whole post over and over again before posting it

I'm glad to hear it looked fine to me it looked like alot of errors =)

Yeah to problem is that i cant connect to the server from my ordinary computer. i start team fortress then i go to favorites, add server, then i typ in 72.28.140.246:27011 and look for games at this addres but it dosent find any games i also tried 69.28.140.246:27011 but no luck there either, those nummbers i got from the bottom at the screenshot.

I got it to work!

It was so stupid.. insted of joining xxx.xx.xx:27011
i should have joined :27015 i have NO idea of where i gott 11 from

But on the plus side i wont have to tatoo anybodys nick on my chest

Dont be surprised if i come with more stupid questions in the future
