Server won't show up in list[RESOLVED]

Sorry to be responsible for another one of these threads, but I can't find an answer anywhere.
Server OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Processor: AMD Athlon 3800+ Dual core 2.0GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR2
Game: Garry's Mod
Start Up Command: c:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_construct +maxplayers 10 +sv_defaultgamemode sandbox +hostname "test test test" +sv_lan 0 _sv_region 0 -port 27016 (tried it with and without "-port 27016"
Admin Mods: ULX Admin Mod (Lua script)

It's on a separate computer but the same router. I have DMZ set to the server computer (192.168.1.100).
http://www.canyouseeme.org/ says ports 27015 and 27016 are open.
I turned off my router firewall and Windows firewall.
What could be the problem?

Try opening ports 27000-27040 UDP/TCP

Also change your startup line to this (I bolded the changes and removed the unnecessary stuff)

c:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_construct +maxplayers 10 +hostname "test test test" +sv_lan 0 +sv_region 0

It turns out it was in the list the whole time! Sorry to bother you all.
