need help with my counter strike source server. would u b kind to help?

i followed all the instructions and managed too create a server of my own (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtzJd9zCYgs).
but when i tell my freinds to join, they cant. they saythat the server isnt responding. although i can join it. mayb i forwarded the ports rong. can u please tell me wat i did or if i did sumthing rong? also take note that im doin this on the same comp that i play with. my steam id is --MBS--<Sp3cTrum-4514N PR1D3] i also hav teamviewer.

Do not play on the same computer you are hosting on.
Also the ports I use are:
[UDP] 1200
[UDP] 27000 to 27015
[TCP] 27030 to 27039


[UDP] 27015 and 27020
[TCP] 27015
Also when you launch the server only use the cmd line, and add -ip yourlanip, but replace obsidian with counter-strike source(Double check on that)
srcds.exe -console -game obsidian +map oc_lobby +maxplayers 12 -ip 192.168.0.124 -port 27015

You DONT need to add the -ip command to your startup if you only have one ip on your computer(90% of desktop computers do). Also you need to tell your friends to join by your external ip which can be found at whatismyip.com, you cant join from friends list.

i want everyone to b able to join. not just my friends. thank you very much for the suggestion though.

Everyone will be able to join if they find your server on the server browser
