sv_dowbloadurl help

I need some help with sv_downloadurl command
The command that I have in my server.cfg file is sv_downloadurl "http://mydommain.com/redirect/tf" when anybody connect to the server it would go "missing map maps/xxxxxx.bsp, disconnecting" I have the full file in my webhost (no compressed files). I spend about few hours looking though the forums for an answer but nothing.

Are you sure the patch to the website is right? And compress your files.

As I said before, the URL you gave me was invalid and also to what appeared to be a free site.
It doesn't work.

Best bet is not to go with a free site, as they are strict on this kind of stuff. Best bet is to buy space for like $2 a month.

You have to compress the files for fast download to work. . .
