server not responding!!!

my css server is not responding and i tried every thing to fix it

here is the bad thing i am running the server and playing on the same computer. (i have seen the post about that)

here is the target for my run

and i forwarded all the ports (even some i dont need i think)

and i also have mani admin plugin just encase you need to know that

Can you post a screenshot of the portforwarding range?

-auto update does not have a space, and does not work for windows.
You don't need the -ip command in there.
Is it not responding for you, or others trying to join.
If it is not responding in the lan tab of the server browser, then type connect 192.168.*.* in your console to connect to it, you need to give others your external ip for them to connect.

go to portfoward.com and see if u did every thing right

its not responding for others i can join it and my brother on the same internet can too. it shows up as a lan game and in the internet games

1. udp 27015 - 27020
2. udp 27000 - 27015
3. udp 1200 - 1200
4. tcp 27015 - 27015
5. both 27015 - 27015

i know their is more than i need but i am just awful with ports

You need to give other people your external ip which is found at whatismyip.com, then tell them to use that ip in their console by typing connect then the ip

is their away to get around that because i want people who are not my friends to join to.

No, they can search through teh server browser and find your server though.
