Multiple configoration shortcuts?

Okay, I want to run SRCDS with css.
I want to run a bunch of them (on the one server), multiple css running with different pluggins and settings, such as a zombie, gungame, standard.
Now to the point, do I need to download(or copy the files) for multiple installs of SRCDS, or can I modify my shortcuts to run different config files.

eg
hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds -config gungame1.cfg
hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds -config zombie1.cfg
hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds -config standard1.cfg

So I guess my question is really, is there a way (via shortcut) to determine different config files, or am I only limited to the +commands in the shortcut.

hldsupdatetool does not have a -config parameter, and you can use the same installation, you cant run it more than once, however on the startup you can do +exec configname and leave the server.cfg blank, you can copy the files if you want too, its better to have 3 separate installations since you have 2 different mods running, you can also do C:\srcds has gungame and standard and c:\srcds2 has zombie

Awesome, thankyou very much, that has been very helpfull, I have decided to just run GunGame and Standard CSS, They are working fine with different configs (I can just disable gungame in the standard), however I am now wondering if there is a way to determine the map cycle via the shortcut?

What admin mod are you going to use?

Define this in your server.cfg:

custom is the text files name and should be placed in the root. The same place where the other file is.

You use the mapcycle cmd in the start cmd line.

Don't use it in the server.cfg but in the startup command.

Thanks guys, I found that you can infact setup the mapcycle along with some of the other commands in the actual config file. I was now able to just make my shortcuts look like:

E:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game "cstrike" -tickrate 66 +exec standard.cfg

And have several configs, with several mapcycles:

hostname "CSS Standard Maps"
map cs_office
maxplayers 24
mapcyclefile "standardmaps.txt"
...

Its really cool actually, just need to change exec x, and all the settings are there.
