Open server.cfg and change/ add:
hostname <whateveryouwant>

Restart your server.

Do you have a hostname line in your autoexec.cfg or your server startup line?
If you are planning on running a server on the computer you play on...

check your valve.rc file open it up as a txt see if its in that (happend to me with that before)
