need help with setting up fps,tick rate and maxupdate

Hi am running a dedicated css server i'll give u guys all the details of my pc and server:
internet speed:1.2mbps
pc:window xp, 1gb of ram , pentium 4,3.00ghz

server:

my startup line: C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -secure+fps_max 500 -tickrate 60+maxplayers 10 +map de_dust2

(tickrate 60 and maxupdaterate 80 does not make much sense as the update rate is limited to the tickrate, but it does not hurt either)

am laging thats why i dont know how to set the correct fps,maxupdate,minrate,maxrate,tickrate

nvm thanx for ur help dude i calculate the maxupdate and my server is working dam good without choking
my process (sv_maxrate * player number * 8 / 1,000)
and tickrate of 33 because am running less than 20 slots

You need to add spaces between the + signs and the command before it. Since you have windows, make sure you run the fps booster, and set fps_max to 0
