Can my PC run a Garrys Mod server?

I´m wondering if this computer can run a Gmod server.

Operating System: Windows Vista 32
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40GHz
HDD: 500GB some brand (Dont know the name )
RAM: 4GB something


And 5mbp/s both up and down.

You should be fine with that amount of brandwidth and hardware specifications.

You know how many slots that would be fine to have? I have a 10 slot now, I don´t know if it can handle more.

I dont have any problems playing on the same computer, havent had any problems so far.
