CFG file ?

How can i make a new cfg file?

Create a simple .txt file.

Go into it, click save as. Then use the menu bar to select "All Files".

Then remame the file to filename.cfg and there will be a new file in the same folder where the .txt was created.

and how can i run tf2 server, i down the update of it but i cant open it
