i bought a server forom leagueservers.com and i would like to know how to switch my server from vac sercure to non-vac sercured

in the command line add. -insecure

Well if you brough it, I don't believe you have access to change that. So contact their support and then make them do it.

League Servers uses TCAdmin, so there should be a place to change that.

In the Game Servers area, click Command Line Changer.
