What is the best settings for 66tick servers and 100tick servers.
All my CSS servers and under 20slot and i am looking to lower the bandwidth consumption

You can't lower the bandwidth consumption other by reducing tickrate (and thus loosing quality). the tickrate gives the (maximum) number of updates per second, and each update has it's fixed size. nothing configurable here...
