server disconnecting certain users; falsely shows users banned

Im having an issue with one of my servers. This issue is that a select number of people are getting disconnected from the server when they join with the reason that a steamid is banned. The user's steam id is not banned on my server and the steamid that srcds reports is not the correct one for the user. It also changes. The server is up to date and the issue seems to have happened spontaneously with no changes to the server configuration.

Has anyone else experienced this issue. Is it a client side problem?

Weird, make sure the ban configs are getting executed properly?
