Be sure your server is up-to-date, and that it is connecting to Steam servers. If so, it should come up on the list.

Make sure your ports are forwarded, and your firewall has no issues as well.

on average how long does it take for a server once online to populate the list, I have everything set up, ports forwarded, cfg files are set. and it even says "Connection to Steam Servers succesful".

so What am I still doing wrong.

Do you have ports 27000-27040 UDP/TCP forwarded as well as an exception made on your Firewall?

I've had a fully updated an open port server running for weeks and it won't show up on the list.

It also won't show up on gametiger or game-monitor.

Anyone can join with the IP, but it has NEVER been on the master list.

Only things I can suggest are:
- Make sure no firewalls are blocking srcds
- Forward the ports
- Make sure the install is up to date

Yeah, that's kind of been the advice from everyone, but it just doesn't seem to work.

Others are saying "just wait, it takes the master servers a while to catch up" but I just am not seeing it. Oh well =/

Can you post the console output?
