Command to help my server please? Got a problem.

Hello, on my "Minigames" server I get the problem when I'm playing mg_piratewars with some players, if the boats are sinking, the players get on the miniboats, but the mini boats doesn't take the players along with it, they just fall trough the boat, I'm sure there's a command for this, and I know it.

It was already sv_turbophysics 1, I pay a company for the server, thanks anyway, the boats works well now, I've set it to 0 (sv_turbophysics).
