Server Problem

Maybe you guys can throw some fresh ideas at me that I haven't thought of yet. I'm admining a server right and me and the service host cannot for the life of us figure out why it's doing this. About 5-10 minutes into the game the server freezes and a red message comes up saying "Connection Problem, Auto-Disconnect in X Seconds" and every client in the server loses connection. We have checked on the Host's side he has no firewalls or filtering of any kind, he checked with the Data Base that hes recieving his pipeline's from and theyre reporting no issues whatsoever as far as flooding or filtering bandwith. We are totally stumped and I've barely slept in 4 days tryin to figure this out, your time and help is most appreciated.
