thats from people viewing your server with applications such as gametiger, etc. using the old query system.
add sv_enableoldqueries 1 to your server.cfg and they should go away, or you can just ignore them. they really don't mean much.

I did not know that, so just set it to sv_enableoldqueries 1 in my autoexec.cfg and will more players be able to join, or will it just make my server show up in a 1.6 window?

well it really wasn't preventing anyone from joining your server. Just telling you that someone was querying your server using an old challenge system.

Alright well I will add the cvar to see if its worth it or not.
