when i make an arena server it dosent work even when we are 4 or 6 inside it dosent start why?if u want anything more just tell me and i will provide it?

my friends and i enter my arena server and choose the class and wait wait wait nothing happens there is a clock saying 00:00 we keep wait for the game to start and nothing happens maybe we must be 8 but i dont want 8 i want it 2 to start

Hmmmm, the cfg looks fine, can you try running another non arena map and see if it runs with ammo/health.
Might want to try running hldsupdatetool and check it has fully downloaded what you need. Sometimes it closes and does not finish the download, took me 2 tries to have it complete.

all other ctf or dm or cp work and i updated it using hldsupatetool at monday why maybe there is a command that i add that says to the server to begin as soon as 2 players are in but i dont know it help?
