admin commands?

Hi, ive been looking for admin commands, but i cant find all of them. Or at least i dont think ive found them.
i found these,

but im not sure if that is all the commands.
I've seen admins do more than what they have on that webiste
Ex. change players names

So, does anyone know where i can find a full list?

You can change names with ma_cexec player name newname, since mani does not release its source code, no one knows all of the commands.

btw, the ma_cexec didnt work
i type ma_cexec )swiss( l2andom

edit nvm!!
i didnt understand at first that i had to do "ma_cexec )swiss( name l2andom"
