I would recommend 66tick for Counter-Strike: Source.

And 33tick for OrangeBox games.

yes that's my servers ,I have 2 x 40 slots and one 20

on a linux and I run them on 33 tick atm

I notice in your bandwidth settings that you have sv_maxupdaterate set to 66 even though it is a 33 tick server, could be a problem there.

On the 20 slot, yes you could probably set 66tick, but for the 40slots I recommend using 33tick!!! It wont be much better at 66!

Oh, and about rates;

33Tick = sv_maxupdaterate 33, sv_maxcmdrate 33
66Tick = sv_maxupdaterate 66, sv_maxcmdrate 66
100Tick = sv_maxupdaterate 100, sv_maxcmdrate 100.

33 tickrate is probably what you should use. Works a lot better on servers with 20+ people.

Not really. If your server can hold a 32slots 100tick, I would ratherly play on that. 33tick for Counter-Strike: Source is shit! I don't know about OrangeBox.
