Failed to open

SRCDS the files failed to open, or when they do says cstrike is unknown command

you need to run the server from the directory where it is installed. so try this:

cd /home/mu6o/SRCDS
./srcds_run' -console -game cstrike +ip 77.78.0.164 -p 27015 +map de_dust2 +maxplayers 16 -pingboost 1 -autoupdate -debug

I tried that and it didn`t work, so i read in the forum all night, and now i need coffee that another thing.
So i read that i should delete it and reinstall it ( the server) and i did it BUT, when i follow the steps when i come to ./steam blah blah it says:

then after the update is ran you need to run
chmod -R 775 /home/mu0o/SRCDS
